CARDS FOR ORGANIZATIONAL CONFLICTS

CROSS FUNCTIONAL TEAM ISSUES ARE COMPLICATED, NOT EVERYONE IS ALWAYS HEARD.

These cards help cross functional teams resolve and speak up on issues that bother them the most. This is recommended for a small organizations with 15 - 20  people and can be completed in about 2 - 4 months through biweekly meetings. Every 2 weeks a new agenda is raised and everyone uses the cards to put their thoughts in a suggestion box. One person takes ownership and decides the agenda to discuss, everyone expresses themselves using the cards. What happens next? The person in-charge goes through the cards, writes it in a report and sends cluster of major issues raised. With the report the concerned person sends a meeting request for a town-hall to discuss the concerns for a more meaningful conversation and to create a healthier work environment.

The cards help bring everyone’s perspective in place, it’s anonymous and one learns the importance of ownership, while enhancing their leadership skills.
