CARDS FOR TEAM CONFLICTS

 

EVERY TEAM HAS ISSUES, ALL IT TAKES IS TO VOICE THE ISSUES AND SPEAK UP

These cards help teammates take ownership and bring up issues that bother them the most. This is recommended for a team of 3 - 5 people and can be completed in about 2 months through biweekly meetings. One teammate takes the ownership decides an agenda to discuss, everyone expresses themselves using the cards.

What happens next? The person who raises the agenda reads the cards, facilitates the discussion and notes down the learning in a report which is archived for reflection later.

The cards help bring everyone’s perspective in place, it’s anonymous and one learns the importance of ownership, while enhancing their leadership skills.
